Availability & Bookings
We do prefer longer stays in our busy periods, however we do offer shorter breaks. We offer some great deals, especially on 28 day winter lets, which are perfect for Remote Workers or Retiree's who want a change of scene. We're open all year round.

We had a lovely restful stay and appreciated Marie’s little touches for our dog. Lovely big bed and fresh eggs from her chickens. Easy walking distance to the local convenience store. Marie is very friendly and full of tips on where to go and places to eat.

Hunter’s Hights was a very good location for visiting the Island. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would certainly return again and would recommend to friends and family.

Hunter Heights is one of three holiday rentals at Clevelands, so please note that there are shared areas like the lawn and drive. While your apartment is private, these spaces are communal with other guests.
Location wise -The property is accessed via a charming country lane, it is bumpy - so please take care and drive slow, look out for our local badgers, foxes and the potholes too.

Security depositA £200 hold on a credit or debit card is required before your arrival. The funds will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Thank you for not smokingThis is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and my be subject to a fine.

Additional rulesGuest Limit: 1-2 adults only. Infants: One non-mobile infant. Not suitable for mobile toddlers due to external metal stairs.
Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome; please keep on leash if other guests around. The island is very dog friendly, so please do not leave alone in the apartment.
Parking: One space available; park park considerately, so no one gets blocked in.
Electric Vehicles:: No charging facilities; do not use domestic sockets.
