Further afield, island highlights such as Carisbrooke Castle, Osborne House, The Needles and Ventnor Botanic Garden are all within comfortable driving distance. Beaches at Ventnor, Shanklin and Sandown offer a mix of coastal walks, sandy shores and classic seaside charm.
After a day exploring, return to your private courtyard to unwind with a BBQ or relax in the hot tub, combining active days out with peaceful evenings in a rural Isle of Wight setting.

Access to Dubarry Downs Annexe is via an unmade country lane, typical of the rural setting. Guests are asked to drive slowly, as the surface can be uneven and wildlife such as badgers and foxes may be present.
The driveway and lawn areas are shared with other on-site holiday homes. The annexe itself benefits from a private, fully enclosed courtyard that is exclusively for your use throughout your stay.
The hot tub is available year-round. During winter months, the pergola fabric roof is removed due to high winds and storm conditions.
Hot tub use is optional and charged separately, reflecting running costs including daily checks, ongoing maintenance, and full draining and refilling between guests. If you do not wish to use the hot tub, please advise at the time of booking.
