Dubarry Downs Annexe is a charming ground-floor, one-bedroom holiday apartment set in the semi-rural village of Wroxall on the Isle of Wight. Part of the Clevelands collection, it offers a peaceful countryside base with a private, fully enclosed courtyard, ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking privacy and calm. The annexe provides comfortable indoor living alongside a secure outdoor space with seating and a charcoal BBQ for relaxed dining. A private hot tub is available as an optional extra, charged separately depending on length of stay, and is for the sole use of guests staying at Dubarry Downs Annexe. Inside, the open-plan living area is well equipped for short or extended stays, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob cooker, fridge and modern kitchen essentials. The recently updated bathroom includes a generous walk-in shower. The location makes an excellent base for walkers, cyclists and stargazers, with Wroxall sitting in one of the island’s darker-sky areas. Well positioned for exploring the Isle of Wight, it suits guests without a car as well as those touring the island. Well-behaved dogs may be accommodated when stays are arranged through Isle Getaway Escapes. Private parking is included. The annexe is open year-round and works particularly well for longer winter lets and extended off-season stays.

The accommodation was clean and tidy and very peaceful. Everything you need for a stay of any length. Coffee, sugar etc supplied. Nice touch as not normal for airbnbs I have previously stayed at. Perfect for what we needed.

Access to Dubarry Downs Annexe is via an unmade country lane, which adds to the property’s rural charm. Guests are kindly asked to drive slowly and carefully, as wildlife such as badgers and foxes may be present and the lane can be uneven in places. Please note that we have other holiday rentals on site, so the driveway and lawn areas are shared with other guests. The annexe benefits from a private, enclosed courtyard, which is exclusively for your use throughout your stay. The hot tub is available year-round and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Please note that the pergola fabric roof is removed during the winter months due to high winds and storm conditions. Hot tub pricing is determined by the length of stay and time of year, reflecting running costs including daily checks, ongoing maintenance, and full draining and refilling between guests. If you do not wish to use the hot tub during your stay, please let us know at the time of booking.
