Home truths
Access to our beautiful property is down an unmade country lane, this adds to the locations rustic charm however please drive slow and carefully and keep an eye out for badgers, foxes and potholes! We have other holiday rentals onsite, so the drive and lawn are shared with other guests. The private courtyard is all yours. Our hot tub fee - is for your entire stay, it is the same fee if you stay 3 nights or for a week or longer. We need to check chemical levels daily and obviously, we empty and refill between guests. Over the winter months the hot tub is not available and the pergola cover is removed in case of gales. If you do not intend to use the hot tub, let us know at time of booking and we'll remove the fee.

Security depositA £150 hold on a credit or debit card is required before your arrival. The funds will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Parking: One car parking slot is allocated for Dubarry Downs. Electric Vehicle Charging: For safety and insurance reasons, please do not use standard electrical sockets to charge electric cars. Pet Policy: The island is very dog friendly—please clean up after them and do not leave them unattended. Visitors: Only guests included in the booking are permitted onsite.
